Senior Regional Operations Officer

Aboriginal Hostels Limited is a company owned and financed by the Australian Government. Through our Central Office located in Canberra and eight Regional Offices, we operate and fund hostel accommodation throughout Australia. $61,626 - $69,319 pa, plus superannuation

Duties

•   Be responsible for the effective and efficient operation of hostels in South Australia (SA)
•   Provide leadership and direction to staff within SA
•   Ensure that financial, banking and payroll processing is carried out within required timeframes, standards, policies and procedures of AHL
•   Provide advice, recommendations and reports to Regional Manager and Central Office as required
•   Represent AHL within SA and liaise and negotiate with staff in other similar organisations and within the community

Conditions of Employment

The successful applicant will be required to undergo a medical assessment during the six month probation period. Satisfactory completion of a police records check is required for this position.
