Aboriginal Hostels Limited is a company owned and financed by the Australian Government. Through our Central Office located in Canberra and eight Regional Offices, we operate and fund hostel accommodation throughout Australia. We have a policy of offering employment and training opportunities for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people. Applicants for the advertised position will need to demonstrate a knowledge and understanding of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander societies.

Relief Night Attendant
APS Level 1
$293.31 - $317.49 per week, plus superannuation
Part-Time, 15 hours per week

Duties
We are seeking a highly motivated individual to fill the position of Relief Night Attendant. The successful applicant will be responsible for the general security of the hostel and its occupants and checking in late arrivals.
The successful applicant will be required to undergo a medical assessment during the three month probation period, hold a valid Working With Children Check, and to satisfactorily complete a Police Records Check.
