Elaine McKeon AO ChairpersonMrs McKeon has been Chairperson of the AHL Board of Directors since 18 December 2000 and an AHL Director since October 1997. She is also the Chairperson of the AHL Audit Committee. | 
Hugo Johnson DirectorMr Johnson is from Melbourne and is currently the General Manager Development - Pacific with Accor Asia Pacific. He has extensive experience in the hospitality industry and has held various senior positions with Accor Asia Pacific Australia, Rydges Hotel Group, Southern Hotel Corporate and Horizons Limited in Bermuda. | | | 
Kevin Coombs OAM Director Mr Coombs has been an AHL Director since March 1990 and is also a member of the AHL Audit Committee. He was awarded an Order of Australia Medal in 1983 for his contribution to wheelchair sports and to Aboriginal welfare. In March 2000, he was named as an Ambassador for the National Indigenous Literacy and Numeracy Strategy. In 2003, he was invited to chair the Indigenous Taskforce for the 2006 Commonwealth Games, Melbourne. | 
Dr Colin Dillon Director Mr Colin Dillon has been a Board member sice 11 December 2005. He is currently employed by the Queensland Department of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Policy. Colin was awarded the Australian Police medal in 1992, for distiguished service to the Queensland Police Service. Colin retired as an Inspector of Police in the Queensland Police Service after a career of 36 years. He has an Honorary University Doctorate and Commissioner of Declarations.

Mr Hartigan has been an AHL Director since March 2002 and is currently the Chief Financial Officer and Company Secretary of eServGlobal Limited, a listed public company with its head office in Sydney. He is also the Principal of Astute Corporate Services of Australia. | 
Helen McLaughlin Grad Dip Soc Studies Director
Ms McLaughlin has been an AHL Director since December 2000 and is also a member of the AHL Audit Committee. She has worked as a consultant in the Indigenous Peoples Mandate with the United Nations in Geneva. | | | 
Karen Jacobs Director
Ms Jacobs is from Mandurah, WA and is currently the owner operator of Kwillana Dreaming (Aboriginal Tour Company). She was previously employed as the Peel Indigenous Economic Development Office with the Peel Development Commission in Mandurah, Project Director with the Aboriginal Group Taining in Cannington, WA and Property Manager at the Winjin Corporation in Mandurah.
