Are you an Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander person looking for a career in the Australian Public Service (APS)?

The Indigenous Apprenticeships Program is a great way to join one of the many government departments and agencies in the APS.

There’s a lot of support throughout the program. You’ll get on-the-job training and ongoing learning opportunities. You’ll also be matched with a buddy and an Indigenous mentor.

Once you complete the apprenticeships program, you’ll be a permanent staff member in the Australian Public Service.

There are opportunities in regional and city locations and you don’t need any prior experience to apply.
