Alison Page is a Dharawal and Yuin woman (from La Perouse, Sydney) and is an award-winning Designer and Artist whose career spanning 27 years links traditional knowledge with contemporary design and storytelling. She appeared for 8 years as a regular panellist on the ABC TV show, The New Inventors, in 2015, was inducted into the Design Institute of Australia’s Hall of Fame and is the winner of the 2022 Interior Design Excellence Awards Gold Medal. She is a Professor of Practice in the School of Architecture at the University of Technology Sydney.

Alison’s other current board roles include Sydney Harbour Federation Trust, National Australia Day Council, Australian National Maritime Museum, National Trust (NSW) and Ninti One Ltd.

Alison is the founder of Saltwater Freshwater Arts Alliance; a social enterprise bringing together 10 Aboriginal communities in the Mid North Coast of NSW for art, culture and design development.
