Deanne Bear joined AHL in 2024, bringing an extensive background in frontline operational management, health, and accommodation services, having held senior roles across Australia.
Following a Jawun Secondment in 2023, Deanne decided to dedicate her career to supporting Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities. She is passionate about improving health equity, strengthening culturally safe services, and developing high-performing teams that deliver meaningful outcomes for residents and communities.
Deanne holds a Bachelor of Business, an MBA, and is a Fellow of CPA Australia. She brings strong commercial acumen, strategic leadership, and operational expertise to the role.
