At AHL, safeguarding children and young people is a shared responsibility and a core part of who we are. Safeguarding is not the responsibility of a single team — it is the responsibility of us all.
Importantly, AHL has zero tolerance to child abuse, neglect or exploitation. Ensuring children and young people are protected, well cared for, supported and can thrive is our highest priority.

AHL’s Child Safeguarding Framework
Launched in 2026, AHL’s Child Safeguarding Framework was developed to guide AHL’s practice and to support AHL People to make sure all children and young people are, and feel, safe in our environments and hostels, in their families and in their communities.
