Aboriginal Hostels Limited (AHL) is looking for a reliable and motivated Cook and a Night Attendant to join our South Hedland Hostel team and help create a safe, clean, and welcoming environment at our facilities and hostels. Key Responsibilities: Cook

Work pattern for the Cook role is a fulltime role (75 hours/fortnight) cover 10:00am to 18:30pm shifts, Monday to Friday.

  • Prepare meals in accordance with AHL’s set menus, Food Safety Standards Australia and other relevant legislation
  • Stocktake management rotate, receive and monitor food and kitchen supplies
  • Ensure the kitchen is cleaned to standard
  • Prepare and clean the dining rooms for residents.

 

Key Responsibilities: Night Attendant

Work pattern for the Night Attendant role is a fulltime role (75 hours/fortnight) cover 7pm to 7am shifts for 8 days a fortnight which includes 53.50 hours of 30% afterhours penalty payments, 10.75 hours of 50% Saturday penalty rates and 10.75 hours of 100% Sunday penalty rates.
