Adult tariff rates will increase from 15 January 2026
No changes to student rates, young people and infant rates
At AHL, we aim to provide the best service we can.
We listen to our residents and improve our services based on their suggestions.
We offer dietitian-designed meals and snack stations, free resident Wi-Fi access and improved facilities across our hostel network.
To ensure we can continue to provide a great service, we are increasing the single and partnered adult tariff rates and sole occupancy rate. The new tariff rates will start from 15 January 2026. Other rates will stay the same.
AHL’s tariff rates, effective from 15 January 2026, are listed below:
ADULTS (PER PERSON RATES)
| Single rate (shared room) | $40 |
| Sole occupancy (dependent on availability) | $56 |
| Partnered rate – both partners in a shared room | $34 |
| Tertiary education (University, TAFE) students | $30 |
YOUNG PEOPLE AND INFANTS (PER PERSON RATES)
| Young people – 2 to 20 years of age | $10 |
| Infant – under 2 years of age | No charge |
PATIENT ASSISTANT TRAVEL SCHEME (PATS) PROVIDERS
The rates above are for self-paying individuals. If you are a Patient Assistant Travel Scheme (PATS) provider, interested in booking on behalf of a client, the relevant state/territory PATS accommodation rate will apply.
