We are looking for a capable and motivated leader to step into the APS 6 Team Leader – Recruitment and Entry Level Programs role, helping shape how we grow and support our future workforce across national network of hostels and corporate.
In this role, you will lead a small recruitment team and provide high-level advice to executives, senior leaders and selection panels on APS legilstaion, policy and best practice.
You will ensure recruitment process are timely, merit-based, culturally appropriate and responsive to operational needs across metro, regional and remote locations.
This is a hands-on supervisor role in a changing space including the opportunity to be involved in developing and implementing the new entry-level programs and building new approaches to workforce pathways from the ground up!
These programs aim to strengthen long term capability and improve access and participation for First Nations peoples!
You will also support continuous improvement in recruitment and play a key role in the implementation and optimisation of a new recruitment system.
This role suits someone who is comfortable working in an evolving environment, enjoys problem solving and wants to have a real impact on how a workforce is built and supported across a large diverse agency.
