Aboriginal Hostels Limited (AHL) is looking for a motivated and experienced professional to join our team as an APS6 Operations Manager in NSW/VIC region.
The selected candidate must be willing to work within the Sydney region, with occasional travel to other areas across NSW as required.
Your New Role:
As the Operations Manager, you will play a key role in overseeing the day-to-day delivery of high-quality services to residents across our multipurpose and student boarding facilities in NSW and VIC. From ensuring safe and culturally appropriate accommodation to leading teams in delivering nutritious meals and quality customer service, your leadership will directly support the wellbeing of our residents.
Our ideal candidate brings experience from the hospitality, community or educational sector.
This full-time role is based in Sydney reporting to the Director Frontline Services NSW/VIC. As you will be responsible for managing multiple sites, a driver’s license is essential and the availability to travel is required.

    •    Be an Australian Citizen.
    •    Undergo a Satisfactory National Criminal History Check (prior to engagement).
    •    Meet Fitness for Duty requirements (prior to engagement).
    •    Hold and maintain a Working with Children Check in NSW (prior to engagement).
    •    Hold or obtain relevant qualifications.
