This recruitment process is being used to fill current vacancies and may establish a merit pool, giving you the opportunity to be considered for roles over the next 18 months. As positions become available, suitable candidates may be contacted based on their nominated locations and role preferences

We are hiring!
Multiple positions available (full-time, part-time, casual):
- Assistant Hostel Managers (APS4) - keep hostel operations running smoothly
- Roving Assistant Hostel Managers (APS4) - same duties but include travelling between hostels
- Hostel Manager (APS5) - lead teams and make local impact
- Roving Hostel Manager (APS5) - same duties but include travel between hostels
AHL is conducting a national bulk recruitment process to fill positions for teams across the Operations branch in an ongoing and non-ongoing capacity.
This process will be used to establish a merit pool to fill current and future vacancies. The merit pools established from this process will be valid for 18 months.

Eligibility
Prior to engagement:
- Provide evidence of Australian Citizenship.
- Undergo a Satisfactory National Criminal History Check.
- Hold and maintain Working with Children Check in the relevant State or Territory.
- Meet Fitness for Duty requirements.
