The Roving Cook takes full ownership of comprehensive kitchen operations, menu implementation, kitchen safety, and cleanliness.
The Roving Housekeeper is responsible for delivering a high level of housekeeping services across multiple Top End hostels. These positions demand high adaptability, requiring regional travel—frequently on short notice—for deployments that potentially extend to multiple weeks.
